About procedure for creation of the state information system in the field of energy saving and increase in energy efficiency and conditions for its functioning

1. Approve the enclosed Rules of creation of the state information system of energy saving and increase in energy efficiency and conditions for its functioning.
2. To the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation:
in 5-month time to develop in coordination with the federal executive bodies performing according to this resolution submission of information for inclusion in the state information system in the field of energy saving and increase in energy efficiency (further - the state information system) and to provide in accordance with the established procedure to the Government of the Russian Federation the draft of the act determining rules of representation by the specified information federal executive bodies for inclusion in the state information system, including frequency and form of submission of the specified information;
in 5-month time to develop and provide in accordance with the established procedure to the Government of the Russian Federation the draft of the act determining rules of representation by public authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation and local government bodies of information for inclusion in the state information system, including frequency and data representation form;
in 9-month time to provide creation of the state information system, condition for its functioning and commissioning.
3. Ceased to be valid according to the Federal Law of the Russian Federation of 23.07.2018 No. 859
