About modification and amendments in some regulatory legal acts of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic on risk management and supervision (oversight) of payment system

1. Make changes and additions to the following regulatory legal acts of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic (are applied):

- the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of "Policy on supervision (oversight) of payment system of the Kyrgyz Republic" of July 15, 2015 No. 38/4";

- the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of "Policy on risk management in payment system of the Kyrgyz Republic" of June 15, 2016 No. 25/8".

2. To legal management:

- publish this resolution on the official website of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- after official publication to send this resolution to the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic for inclusion in the State register of regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic.

3. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.

4. To operators of payment systems, payment institutes and commercial banks to bring the activities into accord with requirements of this resolution till December 1, 2019.

5. To department of development of state language and document flow to bring this resolution to the attention of the relevant structural divisions, regional managements and representative office of National Bank in Batken Province.
