About modification and amendments in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Moldova No. 1646-II of September 5, 2000

Based on Item e) Article 88 and part (1) article 94 of the Constitution of the Republic of Moldova

The president of the Republic of Moldova DECIDES:

In the Regulations on procedure for consideration of pleas for mercy and implementation of pardon of convicts approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Moldova No. 1646-II of September 5, 2000 with subsequent changes to make the following changes and addition:

in Item 1 of the word of "Article 532" shall be replaced with words "Article 108";

add item 4 with the words "and persons perform punishment according to this sentence";

in Item 5:

the subitem a) to state in the following edition:

"a) replacements of life imprisonment with imprisonment for the term of 30 years;";

in the subitem b) change concerns only the text in the Moldavian language;

in the subitem c) change concerns only the text in the Moldavian language;

in the first offer of Item 8 to replace the word "quarter" with the word "half a year";

in Item 13 of the word "especially dangerous recidivists" shall be replaced with words "faces with two or more criminal records for making of intentional crime";

state Item 14 in the following edition:

"14. The convicts serving sentence in penal institution submit pleas for mercy personally or through administration of penal institution.";

in Item 16 of change concern only the text in the Moldavian language;

in Item 20 of the word "Service of acts of the President of the Office of the President of the Republic of Moldova" shall be replaced with words "Head department of the right of the Office of the President of the Republic of Moldova".
