Based on part (1) article 94 of the Constitution of the Republic of Moldova
The president of the Republic of Moldova decides:
Art. 1. - Approve Regulations of the Office of the President of the Republic of Moldova according to appendix.
Art. 2. - Declare invalid the Presidential decree of the Republic of Moldova No. 47-VII of April 27, 2012 about approval of Regulations of the Office of the President of the Republic of Moldova with subsequent changes and amendments.
Art. 3. - This decree becomes effective from the date of publication.

Art. 1. - The office of the President of the Republic of Moldova is the public body performing organizational, legal, information and technical supply of activities of the President of the Republic of Moldova for the purpose of execution by it of the powers provided by the Constitution and other laws.
Art. 2. - The office of the President of the Republic of Moldova performs the activities according to the Constitution, other laws, presidential decrees of the Republic of Moldova, the orders of the Government and these regulations.
