About procedure for carrying out accreditation of rating agencies
Based on the paragraph of the sixty fifth Item 12 of the Charter of the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 13, 2001 No. 320, Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus and the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus is DECIDED:
1. Approve Regulations on procedure for carrying out accreditation of rating agencies, including procedure for their inclusion in the register of rating agencies (exception of it) and structure of the data included in the register it (is applied).
2. Recognize invalid resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus and National Bank of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix.
3. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2020.
