About modification of the Regulations on the National register of software developers

1. Make changes to the Regulations on the National register of software developers approved by the resolution of the State committee of communication, informatization and telecommunication technologies, the Ministries of Economics and the Ministries of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan of November 28, 2013, No. 62-mkh, No. 52, No. 109 (рег. No. 2541 of December 26, 2013) (Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2013, No. 52, the Art. 701), according to appendix.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

The changes made to Regulations on the National register of software developers

1. In word preamble "of April 10, 2015 No. 87 "About approval of the Regulations on the Ministry of development of information technologies and communications of the Republic of Uzbekistan" shall be replaced with words "of May 1, 2018 No. 318 "About approval of regulations on the Ministry of development of information technologies and communications of the Republic of Uzbekistan and Inspectorate for control in the field of communication, informatization and telecommunication technologies under the Ministry of development of information technologies and communications of the Republic of Uzbekistan".

2. In paragraph four of Item 16 of the word "The Agencies on Intellectual Property of the Republic of Uzbekistan" shall be replaced with words "The agencies on intellectual property under the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan".

3. To state paragraph two of Item 19 in the following edition:

4. In appendix No. 1:
