According to Item 13 of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of the security market in Ukraine" and to the Law of Ukraine "About prevention and counteraction of legalization (washing) of income gained in the criminal way, to financing of terrorism and financing of distribution of weapons of mass destruction" for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts of the National commission on securities and the stock market in compliance with the Law of Ukraine of May 15, 2018 "About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning assistance to attraction of foreign investments" the National commission on securities and the stock market SOLVED No. 2418-VIII:

1. Approve Changes in the Regulations on implementation of financial monitoring by professional participants of the security market approved by the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of March 17, 2016 No. 309, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 13, 2016 for No. 551/28681, which are applied.

2. To provide to department of conducting inspections of professional activity:

submission of this decision for implementation of examination on compliance of the Convention on human rights protection and fundamental freedoms in the Secretariat of the Government representative for cases of the European Court of Human Rights of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

submission of this decision on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
