About the order shares
According to Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of July 4, 2012 "About procedure for the order state-owned property" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 294
1. Till April 20, 2019:
1.1. accept gratuitously in property of the Republic of Belarus the shares Priorbank of open joint stock company (further - JSC Priorbank) which are in property of administrative and territorial units and the legal entity according to appendix 1;
1.2. transfer to the ownership and the order of the State committee on property of the share accepted in property of the Republic of Belarus according to subitem 1.1 of this Item and also the shares of JSC Priorbank which are under economic authority (operational management) of the state organizations according to appendix 2.
2. To the state committee on property together with the Industry ministry, National academy of Sciences of Belarus, National Statistical Committee, Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus, the relevant local executive and administrative organs to take measures for implementation of this resolution.
