This Instruction determines procedure, conditions and regulations of material and other providing persons belonging to client groups II of the European games of 2019 (further - client groups), during preparation and holding the II European games of 2019 (further - the European games), public and cultural action "The share torch relay "World flame" (further - torch relay "World flame"), other actions connected with preparation and holding the European games.
