About interaction of state bodies, other organizations in case of detection (identification) of wild animal

Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Approve Regulations on order of interaction of state bodies, other organizations in case of detection (identification) of the patient, wounded, the injured wild animal or to which death as a result of natural disasters or who can pose threat of life threatens and to health of citizens it (is applied).

2. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

2.1. Item 5 of Rules of catching of wild animals for the purpose of content and (or) cultivation in bondage, and also installations, introductions, reintroduction, acclimatization to state the crossings approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 2, 2006 No. 698, in the following edition:

"5. Catching of wild animals is without the permission allowed:

included in the list according to appendix, for the purpose of content and (or) cultivation in bondage;

the patients, wounded injured or to which death as a result of natural disasters or who can pose threat of life and to health of citizens threatens, according to the procedure, established by Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus.";
