About introduction of amendments to the Agreement on development of exhibition and fair and congress activities in the Commonwealth of Independent States of May 26, 1995
The governments of the State Parties of the Agreement on development of exhibition and fair and congress activities in the Commonwealth of Independent States of May 26, 1995 (with changes of May 23, 2008) (further - the Agreement) which are hereinafter referred to as with the Parties
agreed as follows:
Bring in the Regulations on Interstate council on exhibition and fair and congress activities of the Commonwealth of Independent States which are integral part of the Agreement, the following changes:
1. In the Section I:
1.1. State Item 1.3 in the following edition:
"1.3. Council is body of industry cooperation of the CIS in the field of exhibition and fair and congress activities".
1.2. State Item 1.4 in the following edition:
"1.4. Council is accountable in the activities to Council of CIS Heads of Government".
1.3. Add with Items 1.5-1.7 in the following edition:
"1.5. Council is guided in the activities by the Charter of the Commonwealth of Independent States, decisions of Council of heads of states, Council of Heads of Government, CIS Economic Council, international treaties and the decisions made within the Commonwealth and this Provision.
1.6. Council will organize and coordinates execution of the decisions made by Council of heads of states, Council of Heads of Government, Council of Foreign Ministers and CIS Economic Council in the field of exhibition and fair and congress activities of the CIS.
1.7. Council interacts with Executive committee of the CIS, other bodies of the Commonwealth, if necessary - with the secretariats of other international organizations, and also public authorities of the State Parties of the CIS.
Council annually provides in Executive committee of the CIS information on the activities".
