1. Approve:

Form of the certificate of the notary according to appendix No. 1;

Procedure for filling of form of the certificate of the notary and assurance of the photo of the notary according to appendix No. 2;

Procedure for certification of the notary according to appendix No. 3.

2. This order becomes effective since January 1, 2020.

3. Federal notarial chamber in time no later than six months from the date of entry into force of this order to provide certification to the notaries performing activities in the territory of the Russian Federation for January 1, 2020.
