Based on part seven of article 26 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 21, 2008 No. 419-Z "About Frontier of the Republic of Belarus", subitem 5.9 of Item 5 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 31, 2006 No. 985, of subitem 9.4 of Item 9 of the Regulations on the State boundary committee of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of September 25, 2007 No. 448, of subitem 9.4 of Item 9 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 4, 2007 No. 611, the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus, the State boundary committee of the Republic of Belarus and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus DECIDE:

1. Approve the Instruction about procedure for finding of the foreign citizens and stateless persons who are not passed through Frontier of the Republic of Belarus, and control of their stay within the territories (water areas) of railway stations (stations), river ports, the airports open for the international messages (the international flights) it (is applied).

2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
