About change of the Order of the ministry No. 111 of June 24, 2017
In pursuance of provisions of Item 13 of the Regulations on procedure for distribution of means of National fund of development of the agricultural industry and the rural zone approved by the Order of the Government No. 455 of June 21, 2017 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, No. 201-213, 537), with subsequent changes and amendments, I ORDER to the Art.:
1. Appendix No. 1 and appendix No. 2 to the Order of the Ministry No. 111 of June 24, 2017 about approval of some documents (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, No. 277-288, 1447) to change the Art. according to appendix to this Order.
2. Publish this order in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
3. Assign to interventions and payments Agency in agricultural industry ensuring publication of changes on the official site of http://aipa.gov.md.
4. To impose control over execution of the Order on the secretary general Mr. Yury USHURELA.
