About modification and amendments in the Order No. 122/2015

For the purpose of improvement of quality of the servicing of bodies/organizations performed through system of treasury of the Ministry of Finance, and improvement of relations between the organizations and regional treasuries I ORDER:

1. On use of electronic service for acceptance to execution of the arrived electronic payment documents by means of the Organization — Treasury module to make the following changes and additions to the Order No. 122/2015 on approval of the Standard agreement:

1.1. In all text of the order to replace the phrase "Territorial Treasury" with the phrase "Regional Treasury" and to replace the phrase "digital signature" with the phrase "digital signature" with inducement as necessary.

1.2. In Item 3 the phrase "Mrs. Lupang Ning, to the chief of head department of the State Treasury" to replace with the phrase to "the head of department of the State Treasury".

1.3. In appendix No. 1 to the order on approval of the Standard agreement on use of electronic service for acceptance to execution of the arrived electronic payment documents by means of the Organization — Treasury module:

1.3.1. In introductory part the phrase "Regulations of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Moldova approved by the Order of the Government No. 1265 of November 14, 2008. "About regulation of activities of the Ministry of Finance" to replace with the phrase of "Regulations about the organization and functioning of the Ministry of Finance approved by the Order of the Government No. 696/2017".

1.3.2. In Chapter II. "RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES":

1.3.2. To add 1) in Item 2.5 after the phrase "according to appendix No. 1" with the phrase "and, occasionally, the statement for withdrawal of right of access to the electronic services E-Docplat, according to appendix No. 2";

1.3.2. 2) after Item 2.14 to bring Item 2.141 in the following edition:

"2.141. Provide use of the digital signature by exclusively authorized/delegated person according to the current legislation.".
