About approval of the Standard agreement on use of electronic services through the Information system "Treasury"

For the purpose of improvement of quality of servicing of budget bodies / organizations, autonomous public institutions, state companies and joint-stock companies through the Single treasurer account of the Ministry of Finance, and improvement of relations between the organizations and territorial treasuries I ORDER:

1. Approve the Standard agreement on use of electronic services through the Information system "Treasury", according to appendix No. 1.

2. Authorize regional treasuries to sign usage agreements of electronic services through the Information system "Treasury" with the budget bodies / organizations, autonomous public institutions, the state companies and joint-stock companies which are serviced through the Single treasurer account of the Ministry of Finance.

3. To charge control of execution of this order to the chief general managements of the State Treasury.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
