About the automated information system of accounting of large families

For the purpose of ensuring targeting of measures of state policy concerning large families I decide:

1. Create till January 1, 2020 the automated information system of accounting of large families in which in dependence and education are three and more minor children who are constantly living in the territory of the Republic of Belarus (further - AIS of accounting of large families), intended for forming of the all-republican database of large families (further - the database), ensuring monitoring of complex realization with large families of the right to the state support in the field of social protection.

2. Determine that:

2.1. in the AIS database of accounting of large families information containing personal data of minor children from large families, their parents, guardians, the custodians who are constantly living in the territory of the Republic of Belarus is subject to inclusion (further - information containing personal data of physical persons);

2.2. creation and functioning of AIS of accounting of large families are provided with the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection which is its owner;

2.3. information sources for the AIS database of accounting of large families are information systems and resources of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Education.

Information containing personal data of physical persons is provided by the specified ministries to the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection in electronic form on a grant basis according to the procedure, established by Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus;

2.4. No. 319 is excluded according to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of 09.09.2022

The Ministry of Labour and Social Protection provides timely removal from AIS of accounting of large families of information containing personal data of physical persons which is not subject to inclusion in the AIS database of accounting of large families, according to the procedure, established by Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus;
