1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 8, 2010 No. 40 "About approval of the List of professions and specialties which receipt in forms of the correspondence and evening course is not allowed" (it is registered No. 11) the following changes is published in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan at No. 6111, on July 12, 2010 in the Collection of acts of the central executive and other central state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
state heading in the following edition:
"About approval of the list of specialties and qualifications of technical and professional, postsecondary education which receipt in forms of the correspondence and evening course, and also the external studies on specialties of culture and art, physical culture and sport is allowed";
state Item 1 in the following edition:
"1. Approve the enclosed List of specialties and qualifications of technical and professional, postsecondary education which receipt in forms of the correspondence and evening course, and also the external studies on specialties of culture and art, physical culture and sport is allowed.";
The list of specialties and qualifications of technical and professional, postsecondary education which receipt in forms of the correspondence and evening course it is not allowed, approved by the specified order, to state in edition according to appendix to this order.
2. To provide to department of technical and professional education, Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;
3) within ten working days after state registration of this order submission to Department of legal service of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution the actions provided by subitems 1), 2) of this Item.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan Zhakypova F. N.
4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
