About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

3. Recognize invalid:

a) appendix to the Regulations on federal state fire supervision approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 12, 2012 No. 290 "About federal state fire supervision" (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, No. 17, Art. 1964; 2016, No. 35, Art. 5326);

b) the subitem "v" of Item of 2 changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of August 17, 2016 No. 806 "About application risk - the oriented approach under the organization of separate types of the state control (supervision) and introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2016, No. 35, the Art. 5326);
