1. Approve enclosed:

1) Rules of selection of projects according to appendix to 1 this order;

2) Selection criteria of projects according to appendix 2 to this order.

2. Recognize to invalid:

1) the order of the acting minister on investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 31, 2015 No. 1293 "About approval of rules and selection criteria of projects" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 12965, it is published in information system of law of Ad_let on February 29, 2016);

2) the order of the Minister of investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 19, 2017 No. 223 "About modification of the order of the acting minister on investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 31, 2015 No. 1293 "About approval of rules and selection criteria of projects" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 15133, it is published in reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan in electronic form of May 26, 2017).

3. To provide to committee of industrial development and industrial safety of the Ministry of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
