About conditions and the procedure of issue of sanitary permission to the right of business activity
For the purpose of ensuring sanitary and epidemiologic safety of the population, protection of health of consumers and ensuring transparency of the procedure of receipt of sanitary permission, reduction of pressure by economic agents, and also for the purpose of accomplishment of provisions of paragraph 2, Art. 30 of the Law on sanitary and epidemiologic providing the population No. 1513-XII of 16.06.1993. (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2003, Art. No. 60-61 259) and the Orders of the Government No. 920 of 30.08.05. "About approval of the List of permissions, approvals and the certificates issued by the central administrative authorities and bodies subordinated to them to physical persons and legal entities for implementation of predrinimatelsky deyaetelnost" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2005, 1047) I DECIDE Art. No. 126-128:
1. Approve Regulations on conditions and the procedure of receipt of sanitary permission to the right of functioning of objects of national economy.
2. The types of business activity containing risk for health of the population and contradicting the existing sanitary legislation are subject to the procedure of sanitary permission.
3. Economic agents request sanitary permission in organizations of the Public sanitary and epidemiologic service (appendix 1) on those types of activity which are performed by them.
4. Economic agents bear the personal responsibility according to the current legislation for creation of optimal conditions of work and safety of health of personnel, the population, for goods quality and food which they make and implement (store).
5. The national scientific and practical center of preventive medicine, the municipal, district, departmental Centers of preventive medicine provide fulfillment of requirements of this Resolution.
