3. Approve the list of hard to reach areas, ailny and settlement keneshes and certain settlements in which the population census and housing stock is conducted to the period from April 22 to May 1, 2009 according to appendix No. 1.

4. Recommend to National Statistical Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- develop and approve the schedule of preparation and carrying out population census and housing stock in the Kyrgyz Republic;

- develop program and methodological providing and tools of population census and housing stock;

- perform preparation of the allocated census personnel;

- provide control of the organization and the course of population census and housing stock;
