Bring in the Procedure for carrying out recalculation of the pensions granted according to the Law of Ukraine "About provision of pensions of persons discharged from military service and some other persons", No. 45 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 13, 2008 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2008, No. 12, Art. 301; 2009, No. 11, Art. 319, No. 99, Art. 3427; 2012, No. 7, Art. 249; 2013, No. 41, Art. 1477; 2018, No. 20, the Art. 662, No. 52, the Art. 1839), changes which are applied.

2. In Item 3:
