1. The regulations on the decision on classification of goods approved by the Order of the CEO of Customs Service No. 296-O/2016 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, No. 347-352, the Art. 1639), registered in the Ministry of Justice at No. 1130 of September 26, 2016, changes as follows.

1) In Item 6:

7-2. The Customs Service does not take cognizance of the statement without additional notice if the applicant did not submit required information within stipulated in Item 71 term";
