About introduction of amendments to some orders of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan

I ORDER:

1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 9, 2016 No. 44 "About approval of Rules of the state accounting of nuclear materials" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 13470, it is published on March 29, 2016 in information system of law of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan of Ad_let) the following change:

in Rules of the state accounting of the nuclear materials approved by the specified order:

1, of 2, of 3, of 4, of 5, of 6, of 7, of 8, of 9, of 10, of 11, of 12, 13 and 14 to be reworded as follows appendices according to appendices 1, of 2, of 3, of 4, of 5, of 6, of 7, of 8, of 9, of 10, of 11, of 12, 13 and 14 to this order.

2. Bring in the order of the acting minister of power industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 12, 2016 No. 59 "About approval of Rules of the state accounting of sources of ionizing radiation" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 13458, it is published on March 29, 2016 in information system of law of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan of Ad_let) the following changes:

in Rules of the state accounting of the sources of ionizing radiation approved by the specified order:

state Item 9 in the following edition:

"9. The reports sent by physical persons and legal entities to authorized body are drawn up in the form of the forms intended for collection of administrative data according to appendices 1-10 to these rules (further - forms).

When filling forms the transaction codes given in appendix 11 to these rules are used.

Forms on paper and electronic carriers together with the cover letter go physical persons and legal entities to authorized body.";

state Item 12 in the following edition:

"12. Till January 31 (inclusive) following after accounting year physical persons and legal entities, being owners of sources of radiation and (or) performing their operation, send to authorized body:

The list of radionuclide sources and (or) radio isotope devices, according to appendix 1 to these rules (index: F1-III form); and (or)

The list of the electrophysical installations generating ionizing radiation according to appendix 2 to these rules (index: F2-UGI form); and (or)

The list of neutron generators and (or) neutron tubes, according to appendix No. 3 to these rules (index: F3-NG form);

If physical persons and legal entities received for the accounting period or transferred radiation sources, go to authorized body:

The report on movement of radionuclide sources and (or) radio isotope devices, according to appendix 4 to these rules (index: F4-III form); and (or)

The report on movement of the electrophysical installations generating ionizing radiation according to appendix 5 to these rules (index: F5-UGI form); and (or)

The report on movement of neutron generators and (or) neutron tubes, according to appendix 6 to these rules (index: F6-NG form).

The list of the electrophysical installations generating ionizing radiation according to appendix 2 to these rules (index: the F2-UGI form) is provided if for the accounting period there were updates of data on cash quantity.";

1, of 2, of 3, of 4, of 5, of 6, of 7, of 8, 9 and 10 to be reworded as follows appendices according to appendices 15, of 16, of 17, of 18, of 19, of 20, of 21, of 22, 23 and 24 to this order.

3. To provide to committee of atomic and energy supervision and control of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Department of legal service of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
