And other references by Service of the information technologies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs approved by the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs No. 353 of November 18 2016, to add Item 18 of Instructions on procedure for issue of certificates of lack of criminal record, certificates of accountability for offenses with the new offer in the following edition:

"In case of document creation, these Instructions provided in Item 3, only information from the Register of criminalistic and criminological information issued by the constitutional law enforcement bodies and justices of the Republic of Moldova is considered."
