(1) Art. 23 of the Law No. 216 of 29.05.2003 on the Integrated automated information system of the crime reporting, criminal cases and persons who committed crimes, provisions of the Order of the Government No. 896 of 27.10.2014 "About approval of the List and rates of paid services, and also Regulations on procedure for forming and use of special means by divisions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and administrative authorities and organizations subordinated to it" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova No. 80-85 of the Art. 423) and the Orders of the Government No. 493 of 14.08.2009 "About approval of the Regulations on accounting of offenses in the field of traffic and ensuring access of the owner of the car driver license to information on penal points" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, No. 127-130, 554) I ORDER to the Art.:

1. Approve the Instruction about procedure for issue of certificates of lack of criminal record, certificates of accountability for offenses and other references by Service of information technologies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs according to appendix.

2. To provide to service of information technologies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the General inspectorate of police execution of this instruction.
