About modification of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 2, 2014 No. 228 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 54, Art. 1455; 2015, No. 72, the Art. 2368), changes which are applied.

2. This resolution becomes effective along with enforcement of the Code of Ukraine on insolvency proceedings, except Item of 1 changes approved by this resolution which becomes effective from the date of publication of this resolution.

Changes which are made to Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine

1. To add the subitem 1 of Item 3 after the words "concerning bankruptcy" with words ", politicians concerning functioning of electronic trading system".

2. Subitems 40 - 53 items 4 to state in the following edition:

"40) promotes creation of the organizational, economic, other conditions necessary for implementation of procedures of recovery of solvency of the debtor or recognition by his bankrupt, including insolvency proceedings of the state companies and the companies in which authorized capital the share of state-owned property exceeds 50 percent;

41) will organize system of preparation, retraining and advanced training of arbitration managers;
