1. Determine that special customs procedure is applied to the foreign goods imported (imported) on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union and intended only for the organization and holding official international actions within the 12th Ministerial conference of the World Trade Organization.
2. The room of the foreign goods imported (imported) on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union and intended for the organization and holding official international actions within the 12th Ministerial conference of the World Trade Organization, under special customs procedure is performed in accordance with the terms and rather according to appendix.
3. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication and is effective till June 30, 2021 inclusive.
