1. Bring in the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of October 9, 2012 No. 1403 "About approval of the Procedure for creation and representation of requests for public information which manager is the National commission on securities and the stock market", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 25, 2012 for No. 1789/22101, the following changes:

1) in Item 3 of the word", and in territorial authorities of NKTsBFR - heads of these territorial authorities" to exclude;

Item 4 to exclude 2).

With respect thereto Items 5 - 11 to consider respectively items 4 - 10;

To exclude 3) in Item 5 of the word "and territorial authorities of NKTsBFR";
