According to Item of 1 part one of article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of the capital markets and the organized goods markets, for the purpose of ensuring fulfillment of requirements of the Law of Ukraine "About access to public information" the National commission on securities and the stock market SOLVED:

1. Approve the Procedure for creation and giving of requests for public information which manager is the National commission on securities and the stock market which is applied.

2. Approve the Size of actual expenses on copying or seal of documents which are provided on requests for information which manager is the National commission on securities and the stock market which is applied.

3. Determine person organizing in accordance with the established procedure access to public information in the National commission on securities and the stock market (further - NKTsBFR) which manager it is, the head of office of NKTsBFR.

4. To provide to department of information technologies maintenance in urgent condition of the Section of the NKTsBFR official website "Access to public information" according to the Law of Ukraine "About access to public information".

5. To provide to structural divisions of NKTsBFR within competence:

timely processing, accounting and provision in certain terms of the reliable, exact and complete information concerning the requests for public information arriving from physical persons and legal entities, public associations without the status of the legal entity;
