2. Recognize to invalid:

1) the resolution of the National commission performing state regulation in the field of power, of November 02, 2012 No. 1421 "About approval of the Procedure for establishment, review and cancellation of "green" rate for electrical energy for business entities and private households", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 22, 2012 for No. 1957/22269 (with changes);

2) resolutions of the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities:

of July 20, 2015 No. 2043 "About establishment of the fixed minimum sizes of "green" rates for electrical energy for subjects of managing";
