1. The insurer within 5 working days from the date of entering into the unified state register of subjects of insurance case of data on types of insurance which are performed by the insurer within the corresponding type of insurance activity shall provide to the Bank of Russia (except as specified, specified in paragraph four of Item 2 of article 32.9 of the Law "About the Organization of Insurance Case in the Russian Federation") the following documents provided by the paragraph the second Item 2 of article 32.9 of the Law "About the Organization of Insurance Case in the Russian Federation" (further - documents of the insurer):

the rules of insurance accepted by the insurer within types of insurance;

method of calculation of insurance rates;

structure of the tariff charges;

regulations on forming of insurance reserves.

The documents containing the decision of authorized body of management of the insurer on their approval shall be attached to documents of the insurer.

2. The documents of the insurer approved by authorized body of management of the insurer after submission to the Bank of Russia of documents of the insurer according to Item of 1 this Instruction shall be provided by the insurer to the Bank of Russia within 5 working days from the date of their approval.

3. The insurer shall report in writing in the Bank of Russia about the changes made to documents of the insurer and at the same time shall submit the documents confirming such changes within 5 working days from the date of acceptance by authorized body of management of the insurer of the decision on their approval.

4. The documents specified in Items 1 - 3 presents of the Instruction, shall be provided to the Bank of Russia with the cover letter.

In case of submission by the insurer to the Bank of Russia of rules of insurance in the cover letter the insurer shall specify types of insurance according to Item 1 of article 32.9 of the Law "About the Organization of Insurance Case in the Russian Federation" within which the specified rules of insurance are accepted.

In case of acceptance by authorized body of management of the insurer of the decision on cancellation (cancellation) of documents of the insurer the insurer shall specify in the cover letter of the data on cancellation (cancellation) of documents of the insurer, and also enclose to the documents containing the specified decision of authorized body of management of the insurer the cover letter.

5. The cover letter and documents specified in Items 1 - 3 presents of the Instruction, shall be provided by the insurer to the Bank of Russia in the form of electronic documents according to Chapter 2 of the Instruction of the Bank of Russia of November 3, 2017 to No. 4600-U "About order of interaction of the Bank of Russia with credit institutions, not credit financial credit institutions and other participants of information exchange when using of information resources of the Bank of Russia, including personal account by them", No. 49605 registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on January 11, 2018.

If the documents specified in Items 1 - 3 presents of the Instruction, go person, the acting as sole executive body of the insurer, or the other person authorized by the insurer on making of the specified actions, by the insurer the document confirming investment of such person with powers in the direction of the documents specified in Items 1 - 3 presents of the Instruction shall be submitted to the Bank of Russia.

6. The obligation of the insurer on submission to the Bank of Russia of documents of the insurer, and also according to the message in writing in the Bank of Russia about the changes made to documents of the insurer, and to submission of the documents confirming such changes is considered performed from the date of receipt by the Bank of Russia of the documents specified in Items 1 - 3 presents of the Instruction respectively.

7. This Instruction becomes effective after 10 days after day of its official publication.

8. From the date of entry into force of this Instruction to recognize invalid:
