About introduction of amendments to the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine of January 12, 2016 No. 8

1. In the name and Item 1 of the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine of January 12, 2016 No. 8 "About approval of the Regulations on individual form of education in educational educational institutions", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 3, 2016 for No. 184/28314 (with changes), the words "training in educational educational institutions" shall be replaced with words "receipt of general secondary education".
2. Make changes to the Regulations on individual form of education in educational educational institutions approved by the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine of January 12, 2016 No. 8, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 3, 2016 for No. 184/28314 (with changes), having been reworded as follows it which is applied.
3. To management of preschool and school education (Osmolovsky A. A.) provide in accordance with the established procedure submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
4. To the director of the department of ensuring document flow, control and information technologies (Erko I. A.) make mark in cases of archive.
5. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine of March 13, 2017 No. 369 "About approval of the Regulations on the external studies in educational educational institutions", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 28, 2017 for No. 416/30284.
