About approval of the Regulations on the external studies in general education educational institutions
According to part eight of article 36 of the Law of Ukraine "About education", to article 13 of the Law of Ukraine "About general secondary education", to Item 15 of the Regulations on general education educational institution approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 27, 2010 No. 778, and for the purpose of settlement of receipt of general secondary education by persons from temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine and persons whose residence is the territory of conducting anti-terrorist operation I order:
1. Approve Regulations on the external studies in general education educational institutions which are applied.
2. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine of May 19, 2008 No. 431 "About approval of the Regulations on the external studies in general education educational institutions", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 3, 2008 at No. 498/15189.
3. To department of general secondary and preschool education (Kononenko Yu. G.) provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the procedure established by the legislation.
4. To management of administrative and organizational support (Erko I. A.) in accordance with the established procedure to make mark for archive.
