1. Agree with the offer of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan on implementation in system of social support of employees and military personnel of law-enforcement bodies of the following practical mechanisms of improvement of the domestic conditions providing:

provision to investors and subjects of entrepreneurship (further - the investor) not used parcels of land, buildings and objects of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan and its territorial subdivisions according to the list according to appendix No. 1 for implementation of step-by-step construction in 2019 - 2022 of apartment houses on a turnkey basis;

the conclusion of agreements on construction by results of competition (tender) held by the commission created in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan, in accordance with the established procedure;

implementation of construction of apartment houses within implementation of this resolution with area of apartments, except for the first floors, as a rule, at least 80 square meters - for two-room apartments, 100 square meters - for three-room apartments and 120 square meters - for four-room apartements;
