According to subitem 1.5 of Item 1 of Article 7 and part two of Item 1 of article 22 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of November 15, 2018 "About especially protected natural territories" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 150-Z

1. Transform the republican biological wildlife area "Swan" to the republican wildlife area "Swan" in connection with change of the mode of its protection and use.

2. Approve Regulations on the republican wildlife area "Swan" it (is applied).

3. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

3.1. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 28, 2014 No. 401 "About transformation of the republican biological wildlife area "Swan":

4, of paragraphs two and third Item 5 "biological" to exclude the word from the name, Item;

to exclude the word "biological" from Items 1 and 3;

state Item 2 in the following edition:
