About modification of some regulatory legal acts of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits
According to Item "About system of guaranteeing household deposits" the executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits SOLVED 10 parts one of article 12 of the Law of Ukraine:
1. Approve Changes in the Regulations on removal of insolvent bank from the market approved by the decision of executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of July 5, 2012 No. 2, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 14, 2012 for No. 1581/21893, which are applied.
2. Approve Changes in Regulations on the organization of asset sale (property) of banks which are liquidated, approved by the decision of executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of March 24, 2016 No. 388, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 20, 2016 for No. 606/28736 (in edition of the decision of executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of May 05, 2017 No. 1872) which are applied.
3. Bring in the decision of executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of July 20, 2017 No. 3117 "About realization of assets (property) of the liquidated banks, by carrying out open tenderings (auctions) with use of trade system for running an electronic auction which consists of automatic step-by-step decrease in the starting (starting) price of lot, stages of submission of price offers and the price offer", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 14, 2017 for No. 999/30867, the following changes:
