About modification and amendments in the order of the acting minister on investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 24, 2015 No. 880 "About approval of regulations of the state services in the field of technical regulation and metrology"

1. 2) regulations of the state service "Issue of the Certificate on Metrological Certification of Measuring Instruments", according to appendix 2 to this order;

3) regulations of the state service "Licensing for Implementation of Activities for Production of National Flag of the Republic of Kazakhstan and State Emblem of the Republic of Kazakhstan", according to appendix 3 to this order;

4) regulations of the state service "Accounting of the International, Regional Standards and Standards of Foreign States, Standards of the Organizations, Qualifiers of Technical and Economic Information, Rules, Regulations and Recommendations of the Foreign States about Standardization, Confirmation of Conformity and Accreditation Applied in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan", according to appendix 4 to this order;

5) regulations of the state service "Approval of Regulating Documents on Implementation of Activities of Metrological Services of State Bodies, Physical Persons and Legal Entities", according to appendix 5 to this order;

6) regulations of the state service "Certification of the Expert-auditor in Confirmation of Conformity, Determination of the Country of Goods' Origin, Status of Goods of the Eurasian Economic Union or Foreign Goods", according to appendix 6 to this order;

7) regulations of the state service "Registration in the Register of the State Measuring System of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the Technique of Accomplishment of Measurements Developed and Certified in Countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States", according to appendix 7 to this order;

8) regulations of the state service "The Admission to Application of Standard Model of Foreign Release", according to appendix 8 to this order;

9) regulations of the state service "Approval of the State Standard Sample", according to appendix 9 to this order.";

to state the regulations of the state service "Issue of the Certificate on Approval like Measuring Instruments" approved by the specified order in edition according to appendix 1 to this order;

to state the regulations of the state service "Certification of the Expert-auditor in Confirmation of Conformity, Accreditation, Determination of the Country of Goods' Origin, Status of Goods of the Customs Union or Foreign Goods" approved by the specified order in edition according to appendix 2 to this order;

add with appendix 8 to the specified order according to appendix 3 to this order;

add with appendix 9 to the specified order according to appendix 4 to this order;

2. To provide to committee of technical regulation and metrology of the Ministry of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after twenty one calendar days after day of its first official publication.
