About modification and amendments in some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan

1. Make change and additions to some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan to make to government decisions the corresponding changes and amendments following from this Decree including taking into account specification of procedure for return from the Government budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan the amounts of the penalty paid by business entity for violation of the law about currency exchange control on export-import transactions in a month.

3. To impose control of execution of this Decree on the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. N. Aripov.

Change and additions made to some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan

1. In Item 10 of the Regulations on currency exchange control on export-import transactions approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 20, 1994 No. UP-837:

a) add with paragraphs the sixth - the eighth the following content:

"The penalty is not applied if by the time of consideration of question of application of penalty receipt of currency means or import to the republic and registration of goods in the "release for free circulation" mode, performance of works and rendering services are provided.
