1. Approve the enclosed Rules and conditions of carrying out certification of civil servants of law-enforcement bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. Declare invalid the order of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 30, 2015 No. 1101 "About approval of Rules and conditions of carrying out certification of civil servants of law-enforcement bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 12759, it is published on January 15, 2016 in information system of law of Ad_let).
3. To department of personnel policy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Saytbekov A. M. in the procedure established by the legislation to provide:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
3) within ten working days after state registration of this order submission to Legal department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising deputy minister of internal affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Department of personnel policy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Saytbekov A. M.).
5. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
