1. Determine for the purpose of upgrade and technical retrofitting of check points on customs border of the Eurasian Economic Union and Situational center of Committee of state revenues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan the Nuctech Company Limited company by the supplier of goods, works and services according to appendix to this resolution.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
