1. Approve the enclosed Sanitary standards and the rules "Sanitary and Epidemiologic Requirements to the Address with Medical Waste".
2. Recognize to invalid:
the resolution of the Chief state health officer of the Republic of Belarus of October 20, 2005 No. 147 "About approval of Health regulations and regulations 2.1.7.14-20-2005 of "The rule of the address with medical waste";
the resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of December 1, 2008 No. 207 "About modification and amendments in Health regulations and regulations 2.1.7.14-20-2005 of "The rule of the address with medical waste".
3. This resolution becomes effective in fifteen working days after its official publication.
