Declare invalid the resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of September 28, 2012 No. 151 "About approval of Sanitary standards and the rules "Requirements to Implementation of Trade in the Markets by Food Staples and Foodstuff" and recognition No. 82 which voided resolutions of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of July 17, 2009" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 09.10. 2012, 8/26457).
3. This resolution becomes effective in fifteen working days after its official publication.
