Changes which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. In the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 2, 2016 No. 759 "About approval of Rules of control of the Kazakhstan and foreign ocean ships and the Kazakhstan aircrafts involved in transactions on subsurface use in the contract area located on the continental shelf of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2016, No. 63, the Art. 401):

state heading in the following edition:

"About approval of Rules of control of the Kazakhstan and foreign vessels and the Kazakhstan aircrafts involved in transactions on subsurface use and ensuring transactions on subsurface use";

state Item 1 in the following edition:

state heading in the following edition:

"About approval of Rules of issue of permissions to numerous crossing of Frontier of the Republic of Kazakhstan by the Kazakhstan and foreign vessels and the Kazakhstan aircrafts involved in transactions on subsurface use and ensuring transactions on subsurface use";

state Item 1 in the following edition:

"1. Approve the enclosed Rules of issue of permissions to numerous crossing of Frontier of the Republic of Kazakhstan by the Kazakhstan and foreign vessels and the Kazakhstan aircrafts involved in transactions on subsurface use and ensuring transactions on subsurface use.";
