Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 26, 2008 No. 1040 "About approval of the General provision about legal service of the ministry, other executive body, the state company, organization and the organization" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2008, No. 93, Art. 3068; 2016, No. 78, the Art. 2605) and of July 2, 2014 No. 228 "About approval of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 54, Art. 1455; 2016, No. 73, Art. 2463; 2017, No. 73, the Art. 2248) changes which are applied.
