Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of December 27, 2012 No. 1973/5 "About approval of the Regulations on system of preparation and retraining of persons who intend to perform activities of the arbitration manager (the manager of the property managing sanitation, the liquidator), and advanced trainings and retrainings of arbitration managers (managers of property, managing directors of sanitation, liquidators), their preparation on cases on bankruptcy of insurance companies", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 02, 2013 for No. 6/22538 (with changes).
