About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine in the field of use of nuclear energy

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such laws of Ukraine:

1. In the Law of Ukraine "About use of nuclear energy and radiation safety" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1995, No. 12, Art. 81 with subsequent changes):

1) in Article 1:

"production" to add part one paragraph two after the word with the words "and conversion";

add with part four of such content:

"The terms "uranium objects", "production of uranium ores" and "conversion of uranium ores" are used in this Law in the values given in the Law of Ukraine "About production and conversion of uranium ores";

In paragraph five of part three of Article 25 of the word of "objects for conversion of uranium ores" shall be replaced with words 2) "uranium objects";

Part the second Article 27 to add 3) with the paragraph the fourteenth the following content:

2. In the Law of Ukraine "About production and conversion of uranium ores" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1998, No. 11-12, of Art. 39; 2003, No. 37, Art. 307):

3. In the Law of Ukraine "About protection of the person against influence of ionizing radiation" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1998, No. 22, the Art. 115):

1) in Article 1:

to state the paragraph of the seventh in the following edition:

"radiation professional - radiation of personnel, the trainees and job seekers of education, other workers involved on objects on which practical activities, in operating time of these workers with sources of ionizing radiation are performed";
