1. Approve enclosed:

2. Add Item 14 of additional requirements to operators of electronic platforms, operators of specialized electronic platforms and functioning of electronic platforms, the specialized electronic platforms approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 8, 2018 No. 656 "About requirements to operators of electronic platforms, operators of specialized electronic platforms, electronic platforms, specialized electronic platforms and functioning of electronic platforms, specialized electronic platforms, confirmation of conformity to such requirements about loss by the legal entity of the status of the operator of an electronic trading platform, operator of specialized electronic platform" (The Russian Federation Code, 2018, No. 26, the Art. 3843), the offer of the following content: "The operator of an electronic trading platform and the operator of specialized electronic platform provide to the procurement participant application for participation in purchase by its forming on electronic platform, specialized electronic platform according to the standard commitment form on participation in electronic procedures, the closed electronic procedures, the provided part 5 of article 24.1 of the Federal Law, respectively.".

3. This resolution is applied to the relations connected with implementation of purchases of goods, works, services for ensuring the state and municipal needs, notices on which implementation are placed in unified information system in the field of purchases or invitations to take part in which are sent after day of entry into force of this resolution.

4. When carrying out requests for quotation electronically, notices about which implementation are placed in unified information system in the field of purchases till April 1, 2021, the standard commitment form on participation in request for quotation electronically existing till July 1, 2020 is applied.
