Based on the paragraph of the sixth No. 56-Z "About auditor activities" the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: parts one of Item 5 of article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 12, 2013

1. Approve the Instruction about requirements to the report of Auditor chamber on its activities it (is applied).

2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2020.

1. This Instruction establishes requirements to the report of Auditor chamber on its activities (further - the report).

2. The report consists of the title page and the main part.

3. The title page of the report contains:

signature stamp of approval of the report with indication of date and number of the solution of the supervisory board on auditor activities;

the name "The Report of Auditor Chamber following the results of Activities for 20 __ Year" with indication of accounting year;

place and year of creation of the report.

4. In the main part of the report the following information stated according to Sections reveals:

4.1. in the introduction the main activities of Auditor chamber in reporting year according to the approved supervisory board on auditor activities by the work plan of Auditor chamber for the next calendar year are specified;

4.2. in the Section "Enhancement of the Legislation on Auditor Activities" information reveals:

about participation of Auditor chamber in development and enhancement of the legislation on auditor activities;
